梅建平

梅建平，本科毕业于复旦大学数学系，先后获得上海财经大学数据统计硕士学位、美国普林斯顿大学经济学硕士和博士学位。现任长江商学院金融学教授，纽约大学斯特恩(Stern)商学院教授，长江房地产研究中心主任，清华大学特聘教授，沃顿金融机构中心学者。曾任纽约大学金融学副教授、芝加哥大学访问副教授并任职于普林斯顿大学。梅建平目前还担任Emerging Market Review、International Journal of Theoretical and Applied Finance 编辑；曾担任Journal of Real Estate Finance & Economics、Real Estate Finance 编辑。主要研究领域:国际金融，房地产金融，资产定价和银行学。

梅建平教授以出版的关于新兴金融市场的专著作为教材所开设的MBA和EMBA课程，受到了学生的广泛的欢迎。此外，他还在芝加哥为MBA学生讲授国际金融管理课程，另外也讲授房地产金融、金融市场和新兴市场创新等课程。

梅·摩艺术品指数
作为梅/摩西艺术品指数的联合创建者之一，有关该指数的报道已见诸于世界主流财经媒体报端。如《经济学家》、《福布斯》、《时代》、《金融时报》、《华尔街日报》、《商业周刊》等；此外，这一反映西方绘画作品市场走势的指数，目前已被著名投资银行摩根斯坦利定为世界十大生产指数之一，包括摩根·斯坦利、美林、UBS、花旗银行、德意志银行等金融机构也引用该指数。

Mr. Mei Jianping graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Fudan University. He also held a master’s degree of mathematical statistics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and master’s degree and PhD of Economics from Princeton University. Currently Mr. Mei is professor of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Stern School of Business of New York University and Tsinghua University. He is also appointed as an editor of Emerging Market Review and International Journal of Theoretical and Applied Finance. Research fields: International Finance, Real Estate Finance, Capital Assets Pricing and Banking.

Jianping has a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University and B.S. in Mathematics from Fudan University. He has taught at University of Chicago, Princeton University, Tsinghua University, University of Amsterdam, Bocconi University, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jianping is also a principal developer of the Mei Moses Fine Art Price Indices, which have been covered by New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Barron’s, Los Angels Times, Business Week, Time, Forbes, and other world news media. The indices have been adopted by several major US and overseas banks for private banking.
